Shipping & Returns


UK orders will be received within 2-4 working days with our standard free shipping service (orders over £30). 

We also offer express shipping for UK based customers. Place your order before 1pm and receive on the next working day for £6.95.

International orders will be received within 4-7 working days from order date. Our International shipping rate is £6.95 or free shipping for orders over £75.00.

We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know. If you are not happy you can return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt. This does not include made to measure or personalised items. Please notify us at to tell us the reason for your return and we will send you details of where to send your return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within your returned parcel.   


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of returned goods or 14 days of the customer's proof of postage, whichever is soonest. The customer must make this proof of postage available to us in order for this clause to be adhered to.


Late or missing refunds- 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items- 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns-
The purchased goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
